Do the storage systems ensure that the quality of the products is intact?
95% of our inventory is kept in our warehouse, the remaining 5% of our stock is sourced from the brand as soon you place your order. This takes an additional 2-3 days for delivery. All our warehouses are temperature, dust and humidity controlled.
My order will be partially shipped. What does this mean?
Don't worry! This just means that some parts of your order are in the pre-order category, and they will be shipped separately upon receipt of the store from OEM. The lead time for the pre-order category is normally 3-4 weeks.
Can I leave items in my shopping cart for future purchases?
Yes, you can leave items in your shopping bag. However, these products' price and availability will be reflected in a real-time basis. Hence, the product may sell out, or the offer may expire after you add it to your cart.
